Refund & Cancellation Policy

You can return unused, non-sale items in their original condition (undamaged, with tags attached) within 7 days of delivery. Returns are issued as store credit.

Refunds are only processed in case of a fulfilment error (incorrect or missing items).

Return or exchange requests can be made once per order.

In case of a Damaged product

  • Vanamai  needs to be notified of a damaged product within 2 days from the delivery date via email to Hello@vanamai.com                                                                           
  • Email will be responded to within 24-48 hrs, and full assistance will be provided thereafter within 24 hrs.                                                                                                   
  • We will be happy to re-send and replace the product(s) promptly, and we will work with you on providing an amicable solution.                                                                 
  • In the email, the order number, image of the invoice, 1 outer box image, and 2 clear images of the damaged product are to be sent. 
  • In the event of multiple-item shipments, only the affected product can be returned and replaced.                                                                                                                           
  • If the Product is in stock, it will be packed and dispatched from our warehouse within 2 working days. Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment within 7 working days to you between Monday and Saturday: 9 am to 7 pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays.                                                      
  • In the rare event that a replacement for a purchased item is not possible due to stock unavailability or discontinuation, a full refund will be processed within 2 working days from the date of confirmation.

In case of a Missing product

  • Vanamai needs to be notified of a damaged product within 2 days from the delivery date via email to Hello@vanamai.com
  • In the email, the order number, image of the invoice, 1 outer box image, and the missing product details need to be mentioned.                                                             
  • Email will be responded to within 24-48 hrs, and full assistance will be provided thereafter within 24 hrs.
  • In the event of multiple-item shipments, only the missing product can be replaced.              
  • We will be happy to re-send and replace the product(s) promptly, and we will work with you on providing an amicable solution.
